In June 2022, the NT Rural Generalist Coordination Unit (RGCU) was able to offer the opportunity for Dr Amy Thwaites to submit an abstract to the Australia & New Zealand Prevocational Medical Education Forum (ANZPMEF) 2022.

The Rural Generalist Program team visited the Gove District Hospital in the East Arnhem Region, to speak with the prevocational rural trainees and other hospital staff who support and supervise the rural trainees whilst they are rotated out to East Arnhem Region Health Service.
